Is this free?
Yes. The entire setup walkthrough is free. No signup, no paywall, no credit card. The only thing we'll ever charge for is the optional billing service that's coming after Phase 1.
Do I need an account?
No. Start the conversation and your progress follows you on this device. Nothing is tied to an email, a phone number, or a credit card.
What if my state's checklist isn't live yet?
The Fledge app is available in every state today. The business formation checklist is state-specific: California, Florida, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas are live, and we add more states as we verify each state's rules firsthand.
How long does it take?
About three minutes to walk through the orientation and another five or ten to capture your practice details. You can see your first private-pay patients while the paperwork is still in motion. Entity formation is usually same-day, EIN is instant, and insurance credentialing runs sixty to ninety days per payer.
Can I start small?
Absolutely. A lot of SLPs test the waters by seeing a few private-pay patients on the side before making a bigger move. All you need to get started is your CCC-SLP, a state license, and malpractice insurance. No LLC, no EIN, no business bank account required. You can add the rest as your practice grows and you figure out what works for you.
